EasyPark Mobile and Website Account Deletion Request

EasyPark (Agility Ltd) handles customer data and information in accordance with the laws and regulations of Bermuda, Privacy – Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA). We do not collect, maintain, or transmit to third parties any “sensitive data”.

To prevent the unauthorized closure of accounts and deletion of account information; please send a Delete Account Request by email to:

admin@agility.bm with subject: Account Delete Request.

Note, an account delete request is only valid if it is received from the customer’s email address registered with EasyPark. Note, the Delete Account Request will result in the deletion of all personal and account data, except any information that we are required to maintain under Bermuda law.
